Die Qualitätssicherung gewährleistet eine maximale Abweichung von nur vier hundertstel Millimetern Untermaß. Dies macht sie präziser als Piaggio Schulterringe.WOFÜR Schulterringe dienen dazu, das axiale Spiel zwischen den Gangrädern auszugleichen, was für eine reibungslose Schaltung entscheidend ist. Ein engeres Spiel verhindert seitliches Verrutschen der Gangräder und ermöglicht präzisere Gangwechsel.WIEVIEL Das vorgegebene Spiel von Piaggio beträgt 0,15-0,40mm und wird mit einer Fühlerlehre zwischen Gangrad und Schulterring gemessen.UNTERSCHIEDE Es gibt zwei original Ausführungen der Schulterringe: Dick (2,0-2,5mm) für Vespa Largeframe bis 1984 und Dünn (0,9-1,4mm) für Vespa Smallframe und Vespa Largeframe ab 1984.OLDIES Die dicke Version der Schulterringe für Largeframe Vespas vor 1984 ist nicht mehr von Piaggio erhältlich. Dank bgm PRO sind passende Schulterringe im Bereich 2mm bis 2,50mm wieder verfügbar, mit 4 Nasen zur Arretierung.TIP : Zur genauen Bestimmung des Spiels zwischen den Gangzahnrädern wird eine Fühlerlehre benötigt. Es wird empfohlen, auch ein neues BGM Pro Schaltkreuz und Getriebeöl zu verwenden.
